Deb has been a licensed Realtor since 1985. She started her own firm in 2002. She has lived in Maine since 1975, but grew up in a foreign service family and lived all over the world. Deb has a degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
Deb is the immediate Past President of the World Affairs Council of Maine, a non-profit/nonpartisan organization dedicated to international programming and education.
On June 4, 2009 she was the recipient of the "Beatrice Chapman Minott Award" who exemplifies the spirit of the World Affairs Council of Maine".
She is currently serving on the Executive/leadership Committee of the Board of World Affairs Council as immediate past president.
Deb resides in a waterfront community in Yarmouth with her husband Sam.[Seabourne] They have four grown children and threegrandchildren. They enjoy boating and exploring the islands of Casco Bay[their home is 100 ft from the ocean, and their neighborhood has deep water anchorage, allowing easy access to nearby islands.
Deb is very “tech savvy” and as a result can direct your selling or buying needs using technology to its’ fullest capabilities. She is also “high touch” her clients say, “We thought we were her only clients"!
Deb recently attained the Realtor "Green" designation. There are less than 20 Realtors in Maine with this designation.
Her interest in the environment lead her to fulfill all the course requirements that allowed her to achieve this designation.
She is now poised to help clients with making educated choices on green building materials and everyday green living.
Her home was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright and is ideally suited to enjoying all nature has to offer.
